My name is Rachael Graham and I am a freelance designer, illustrator, and photographer currently working out of Charlotte, North Carolina. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Social Media Management. I currently work in freelance design, art, photography, and digital marketing. In my free time you will find me playing with my dog, reading, writing, and creating art.

My curiosity shows within my work, allowing me to seek creative solutions for my clients. I am always looking to learn and step out of my comfort zone, and I try to learn something new everyday.

  • Will you design Just a logo?

    I believe that a strong brand is more than just the logo that represents it. Branding requires a strong foundation that involves strategy, a color palette, typographic choices, and multiple assets to ensure consistency across all branded elements and platforms. I want to help your business succeed through a strong brand, and I believe it is necessary to provide you with more than just a logo in order to do so. If you would like to discuss creating a smaller, more personalized package for your business contact me and we can create a package that fits your needs!

  • How many revisions are included in your packages?

    2 revisions are included with all packages and add-on services. However, if you find you need further revisions these are available but will be charged at an hourly rate.

  • Do you offer retainer services?

    Yes! I offer multiple retainer packages, each one requires a 2-month minimum booking and payment is required on the first of each month. Reach out today to find out which package fits your needs!

  • What does your process look like?

    You’ll start by filling out an inquiry form on our contact page, once this is received I will review your information and email you to set up an initial discovery call to learn more about your goals to see if we are a good fit. From there, I will send you a project proposal that outlines the scope of the project and overall price. If you accept the proposal, I will send over a contract and invoice for the non-refundable up-front deposit to book your project. Then you will receive your client welcome packet and questionnaire for you to fill out before we get started. Once started, you will receive weekly check-in emails to update you on the progress of your project. Once the project is completed and you have paid the remaining percentage of the project cost, you will receive the final files via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! Every project requires a 30% non-refundable deposit. To minimize the amount of payments you make, I typically operate by requiring a 50% up-front payment before beginning the project and the remaining 50% paid before delivering final files. If you require a different payment plan due to personal circumstances I am flexible and open to finding a plan that works for you!

  • I already have a logo, do you design one-off websites/graphics?

    I will occasionally accept one-off design requests for businesses that have an existing, strong set of brand guidelines and assets and fit with my style and process. Reach out today if this sounds like a fit for your business!
